Email webhook now not working

Description
When we create a task, the workflow runs, but the webhook does not send an email. It was working recently - in Feb.

How to replicate
-I have made a loom video

  • After logging in, press “Start a task or Project” and fill in required fields. Using “voice to text” option is not used in this case. Fill our the required fields and press Submit.

The Task Submited* workflow is called:

  • The user gets screen feedback, the Tasks table has a row added, and the user is emailed with task information ( this last item runs, but nothing is happening).

Thanks for sharing. What do you see on the Make side? If the trigger is working in Glide, the problem is likely in Make.

OK, thank you ThinhDinh, I will redo the make integration as Marcus is out of pocket right now and he had done the original integration.

I would check the log history of the relevant Make scenario to see why the email doesn’t work. It should have sent you an email about errors if there was indeed an error though.

That log will be on Make and not Glide - right?

I am seeing no error emails and I do have admin access to the app.

I will either wait for Marcus to work with his Make, or spin up my own make from the directions.

That will be in Make, since I see you have a Make webhook.

If you know the specific scenario in Make that uses the webhook, you can go in there and check.
