Email and Pin Storage

Hi!

When someone enters their email address to receive a pin, where does the pin get saved so that when the combination of the two is entered the user can actually sign in?

That’s all internal within Glide. It’s only a temporary one time use pin and expires after it’s entered or after 15 to 30 minutes I think.

Once a user is signed in, their credentials are cached on the device until they sign out.

Ok so we can’t access that pin? Or pull it from glide for a formula without actually seeing it?

No

What would you need it for?

Trying to try some different sign-in visibility options.

Ok. Like a said, a pin is only temporary and is pretty much useless once used.

It’s also useless when not used :stuck_out_tongue:

I was thinking of a way it would populate in the said cell every time a new one is sent. No worries, going another route.
