Does the phone apps use caching? I ask because I have an app I made that uses custom actions. This process works as it should on the computer when testing. However some of my iOS users seem to have the data persist even after the form reset action. I have no idea why this would be so.
What data is “cached” in your case, as in they are not changed? What do you mean the “form reset” action?
Can you give us some screenshots of your setup and/or a video demonstrating your problem?
