App Not Working for 1 user but works for others

I have an app that I have several users working with. Three of the four are able to see updates that are made using a form screen. The other is able to put the information into the screen and hit submit but it does not update the table. This user is able to see the changes that those who can update put in, but can’t seem to do it himself. I believe he may be on a previous “version” of the app but I have tried republishing it and while it works for the other users it does not seem to refresh for him. How can I fix this? is there a way to force his app to refresh? He is using an iPhone. I have tried closing the app and reopening it but it does not seem to work. Is this a cache problem? What is the best way to make sure he is on the correct version and can have the same functionality as the rest of the users? As an FYI i have no features that are tied to the user so this is not the issue.

What plan are you on? What’s your usage count for the current billing cycle?

I would suggest clearing the browsing history and the cache for his browser, then try again.
