You should test it first. I haven’t used G Forms in a long time. You should check if G Forms provide an embed URL or a regular URL for the upload process. Can it be opened with the web embed component in Glide? Or use open link
The one I’ve been using so far is a webapp.
You can create it with any Google account. If it’s in your own account, you don’t need to use the importrange process. You just need a new sheet specifically to store the URL of the uploaded results generated automatically for each upload.
If I’m not mistaken, there’s a file size limit for a single upload to a private drive, which is 50MB.
