HI All,
Is there any guidance on setting up DMARC for emails from your Glide app and how that can co-exist with your normal e-mail (Google workspaces) that also requires a DMARC entry in DNS?
Thanks in advance for any links or guidance.

HI All,

I don’t have experience with this, but just a question, are you sending from Glide’s email action itself, or using your own Gmail/Outlook?
Hi, Both. Glide set up asked me to add
v=DMARC1; p=reject; adkim=r; aspf=r; rua=mailto:dmarc_rua@onsecureserver.net;
To the DNS but I belive Google Workspace also wants a DMARC entry but not sure you are allowed 2 DMARC entries in the DNS?
Perhaps I just use Gmail and the settings it needs and then use the Gmail integration?
J
I think this is the most straightforward way, unless you’re comfortable working with the DNS. Hope someone else can chime in regarding DNS if you need it to be that way.
I’ll give that a go and report back. There are so many tools now that send e-mails and require DMARC, SPF and other settings on top of what Google requires feels like there must be some guidance / best practice somewhere!! J
Further invesigation reveals that this DMARC record was added by the domain registra and nothing to do with Glide. So now going to continue through Googles recommendations and test the Gmail integration.
Will report back.
Best J
