Unable to login and open a case

Hi, I’m unable to login to Glide Studio using my Work email. When attempted to login using my work email, it says “We sent myemail@mydomain.com a link to sign in. Please check your email.” but I did not receive any email from Glide to sign in

Did you check your spam?
If it’s a work email, there could be a corporate email policy that blocks it. Check with your IT department.

i checked spam mail already. i dont think theres policy. its my own domain email which i bought from namecheap

Is there an option to whitelist domains from your namecheap dashboard?

Hi apologies. it turns out my email are valid but domain are expired. lol
