Hello how can I make sure that these two elements do not have the same layout. When I modify something in call management, it also changes in the balance sheet. I would like the layout not to be the same and put different things in the two elements. How to do ?
If you want different layouts for those elements, I would suggest showing them in different inline lists.
What does that mean ?.

If you want different layouts, you must attach the components to different groups so that when you change a layout for one component, it does not affect the ones in other groups, like what you have experienced in this case.
In your tab, you can choose the “Details” layout, then add multiple inline lists to achieve what you want.
