I don’t see big troubles during the loading process. What I’d change to test or improve is to reduce the amount of InLine List you have on initial page, you have 16!!
If those are configured to work using a relation, the initial loading might be affected.
Try to chance the UX a little, let user see a headline for each topic and when that topic is selected, show more data including the specific Inline List.
At least, try to reduce your InLine Lists to test and let us know your results.
