Delayed error message

On one application I am developing, whenever I update content , I see an error message approximately 4s after the update. The message just reads “error”

There are no actions or integrations

Sounds identical to something I experienced a few days ago. Turned out my internet connection was poor.

Are you using a form to “update” your content or something else?

No…using buttons in tables but the updates work well. Can I suppress error messages?

Could we see how the action on the button is configured?

I know “error” is the default message in a wait for condition step… but if there’s no custom action or integration then it does sound strange

There is no action as such…just sliders in a table

Ok just to be sure when you select the table component… on the right hand side of the editor under Actions what do you have for “Item Click”? Is it empty?

Because there is more than one way to trigger an action from the table and from your screenshot I don’t see any buttons… only Boolean and Boolean can’t have action.

As you will see form the screen grab, the fulfilled column is type Boolean and users can edit …and it works!!

So no action is required.

But of course I get the error message after 4-5 seconds.

Do you have a video recording of your problem? You can record it using Loom.

No I’m referring to the item click action on the table itself. When you select the table on the left side of editor you have the option to edit the actions on the right side of the editor.

Could we see a screenshot or loom of the actions on the right side… if I had to guess I think the item click is the culprit

This video show how moving orders from pending to fulfilled by touching the sliders works well…but wait for the error messages.

Oddly all works well when using the app on my desktop

Stop Press!! It’s the phone I am using. If I try on another…all is fine

Phew!!

Thanks for trying to help…you are all wonderful!!!

I’m getting this error. My app works but I get the error messages (only when running as a web app, not in the builder).
