Does Glide or any of the Experts/consultants have a formal definition for what a ‘private app’ is and especially in relation to Glide?

“If your App requires sign in, and you restrict who can sign in, then your App is private.”
That’s only my personal definition, but it works for me and I believe it’s technically correct.
