When I lookup the latest value, it shows the latest according to mm dd yyyy format
So in this picture takes 11 06 2020 as the latest , taking it as 6 November instead of 11 June. Others records are depreciated as 6 from months 16 and 22 do not exist.
Check your GS’s regional settings to verify if it is working with US or Spanish format and let me know.

Changing date format to date only , works ok
Previously was date and time
Date only works, or have an array column, looking into the date and converting it to the spanish format.
