How do I prevent my app users from being able to edit the date and time of events on my calendar?

So you still want to be able to edit them yourself through the app? If not, you can disable editing altogether. Otherwise, you can set conditions on who can edit something.

I would like to be able to edit it through my google sheet or glide on my computer. Just not on the actual app

Then I would completely turn off the edit option.
