Custom link not responding after I re-upgraded

My app’s URL:

I have this app on pro plan and I customize the link to:

My hosting provider has told be everything is correct and the two green checks are available on Glide but the app is not working on that link.

I think the problem is that yesterday I downgraded the app unintentionally and right afterwards I upgraded again. After that action everything was perfect until I customize the link.

Anyone has any clue?

Probably it takes 24 hours to be up again, if I recall right.

The problem was solved by the Glide Team. Not sure what was happening…
