Custom Domain won't validate

This screenshot doesn’t look ok to me. If you’re configuring an app at your root domain, usually Glide will also give you an AAAA record. But yes, as @ThinhDinh said, contact support.

My custom domain provider had nowhere for me to enter the AAAA record, and so I had to open a support ticket with them to enter it for me. They responded within an hour and I was up within two.
