Credit Card Bug?

Hi there!

On my account, my Mastercard credit card gets declined all the time.

My card worked just fine for months in a row and keeps working for other SAAS subscriptions. Today alone, 5 subscriptions were paid with the card but Glide keeps declining it.

Today I tried to add other cards (connected with other working bank accounts and even other banks) but they all get the same error ‘card declined’.

This happens inside the Glide payment screen, after having authorized my card correctly. Given that the cards are all working, it seems to be an issue with Glide.

Anyone having the same issue?
