Creating a "strip view" of social network data

I am looking at how to create a social network ‘strip’ which would include a companies web-site, linked-in, insta, fb and twitter. Has someone done it or any ideas?

In this example it would go below the account and replace ‘links’ to be a more compact form factor.

Built a quick table and it looks great - just as advertised. I will try it out tomorrow on the actual data and get a better idea how it works in the tab.
