Hi I want to create a mens health app that collect Health information that is not covered by HIPAA or other privacy laws,
Based off of Glide’s Terms of Service, the app needs to be private.
I was wondering if it could be public so people can see the landing page but then limit all data collection to signed in users.
Is that allowed?

yes, it’s absolutely a possible
Yes. You’d still want to add row owners whenever and where ever possible. You can set the app to “optional sign in” to allow public users (who have no email and thus don’t own any rows) to access the app and keep owned data private.
I’d love to get an admin to confirm this. Seems like different experts have different opinion
Confirm what? If it’s possible to have optional sign in?
Not about the functionality – that’s def works.
It’s about if this approach is in line with the terms of use.

Please don’t build a public men’s health app on Glide—Glide intended for business apps.
Can I do a private one then? The Maker plan is to “prototype business ideas.” I’ve interpreted this as being ok for consumer facings products. Thanks!
