Container css color change

I am no code no css ect. Can I have simple instructions with css code on how to change the background color of a container

No CSS required.
Use the Image from Colour plugin to generate an image of any colour that you like, and set that as the Container background.

Can you show me how to do this exactly or explain…I get I can go to that link and change the color by the words but I have no idea how to implement this in a contaniers background.

Use that column as your Container background:
