You can store a true/false value in the sheet. You can use it for hundreds of things, but an example is if you want someone to check that they have read terms and conditions. Or if you want to mark someone as checked in or checked out from a location. Or for a simple quiz. Anything where you would want a true or false (yes or no) value stored on the sheet.
