Chat Component Unnecessary Auto Scroll

  • Everytime clicked on the chatbox there is a unnecessary scroll

Here is the recording even thou chat box is empty and perfectly positioned on the screen it just does this scroll. I’ve tried several views. Is there a way to prevent this scroll happening?

Does it only happen on the desktop view? When you try it on your mobile/tablet, does it behave the same way?

Just a wild guess, maybe it’s trying to scroll for a keyboard, though such behaviour should not happen on desktop.

It does the something in mobile view (tested on desktop browser) but yes it felt like exactly like its scrolling down for a keyboard pop-up

I think you should chat with support using the chat in your builder environment (bottom right icon) to report this.
