I create a custom user specific field as “type of profile”. I don’t know if I’m wrong but I cant see any values and I tried to created a chart and nothing was shown.
How can I know how many type of profiles I have?

If you’re using a user-specific column, the values are tied to the signed-in account. If you want to create a chart to show to everyone then you should have used a normal column.

I’m mean, uncheck user-specific checkbox?
Or I have to create a new one and ask all user to fill again?

No, that’s not possible. Once you create a column as user specific, it cannot be changed to non-user specific.
