Currently using Glide’s send email function, it adds an “open app” link to every email. Is there any way to remove this/edit the default email?
No there is not.
We have communicated this to the team weeks ago and will provide an update, if there’s one.
In addition to the “Open app” link, what about disabling or editing the subhead under the app icon at the top? Doesn’t work well for multiple apps under the same Team if they all have to share the same team name. 
Those emails are not customizable.
