Can't seem to create an new app

My app’s URL:

I’m logged but since late last night, when I click create app and select my Gmail account I get the 3 pulsing lines and the screen just stays on that until I hit reload. I’ve tried it on two different computers.

Found the problem. I had installed the Badger privacy blocker and it was wreaking havoc with my access to various accounts. I removed it and now all is good again.
