Can't receive PIN on organization mail

Hello, I have some trouble, I’m not receiving PIN emails on any of my “” emails, but on any other email it works fine.

Any help please?

On many other cases like this I recall the organization mail blocked emails from Glide (or any external sources).

In my case is only blocking mails from Glide

Have you tried to contact the email provider to see if they can open up to emails from Glide?

Not yet, I will do it, but I was hoping somebody could help me, maybe some DNS configuration I need to do?
