Can't delete Actions / Can't alter Actions

There are two options to delete existing Actions. However, none of them works. Clicked a thousand times and used different browsers.

Any idea?

Edit: Even renaming and altering actions don’t work for me.

Works for me. I know you said you tried different browsers, but it does sound like a browser specific issue. Often with this sort of thing it comes down to a dirty cache or bad cookies.

Thanks, @Darren_Murphy!

Just installed and checked Opera as a fully new browser. But makes no difference here.

That is odd. Is it just the one App that has this issue, or do you get the same thing with all Apps?

By checking, all my apps are affected.

So no one seems to care about the case.

I can’t find a way to contact a support team.

Is there none?

Have you tried another browser: Chrome, Firefox, Arc, Safari, Edge?

This community is the support team for free Apps.

Yes, all of them.

I see. And I highly appreciate all the helpful folks here.

However, as long as they can’t work under the hood…

Does this Members table still exist? Or is it a sheet of a Google Sheets spreadsheet that was removed as a data source or even deleted from the associated Google account?

Troubleshooting this is going to be work for you, I would try to following:

  • Different browsers. You’ve already tried this.
  • Different tables. I noticed in your screenshot that all the actions are associated to the Members table. Could that be the problem?
  • Different tables in different data sources: does this happen on Glide Tables, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Different folders in a team.
  • Different teams in your dashboard.
  • Different plans: if you can, get a trial business plan and create a dummy app there with actions.
  • Different Glide accounts.

Take it step by step. At one point hopefully you’ll be able to pinpoint the issue.

Thank you so much for all your great advice, @nathanaelb

Here’s what I did.

  • In the existing account made a copy (duplicate) of the app in question.

  • With that, only the working actions were duplicated, while the broken ones don’t exist any longer.

  • And BOOM - Everything works like a charm now.

Again, thanks to everyone here for taking the time and supporting me.

Awesome community.

Smart! So you duplicated your app, and exactly happened:

  1. All active actions were duplicated and all inactive actions were not duplicated?
  2. Or all working actions (whether active or not) were duplicated, and all broken/buggy actions were removed?

Either way, nice troubleshooting!

It was rather the option 2 you mentioned.
