Can't Change to Annual Subscription

Hi,

I’ve completed the trial month on the Glide Business plan. I now want to take out an annual subscription, but I originally signed up under a monthly account. My trial expired yesterday.

When I go to ‘Billing’ and then ‘Manage Plan’, I’m taken to a Stripe page and do not have the option for switching to an annual plan.

Does anyone know how I can change my subscription? Thanks

I would suggest talking to the support team, through the bottom right icon in your builder for billing issues.
