Cannot retrieve a deleted app link

I deleted an app a few months ago, but I need to access this link again. Is there a way to add this app link back to my new revised app?

If I created an app then deleted it, am I able to recover the app link.
I had ‘Aranda.glideapp.oi’ as my link, but now I cannot use this. Why am I not able to use this link/
