Hi, I need to cancel the trial period of a customer’s payment plan in order to transfer his application to him, as it is not possible to do it during the trial period. Is there any way to do it without resorting to support?

I see options to cancel the renewal, but the trial period is still valid until the month is over, but what I want is to terminate the trial period and start the payment plan, because as long as it is not so, they do not let me pass the application. I think this is something to correct, because it makes no sense to give a trial period in any of the payment plans if later you can not use it because the application that you are going to pass has functionalities of a payment plan…
So even if you cancel the trial and immediately purchase a plan, you are not able to move the app over?
Hi . Indeed, even if you cancel it, you can’t sign up again because it recognizes that the new plan will start working when the trial period ends. I was finally able to solve it through the support email, which has removed the free period manually.
