Can you read from glide tables using Glide API?

I see there are options for updating a column, adding a row, or deleting a row. Is there any kind of GET request available so that we can read from glide tables? I would think this is even more basic of a feature, but I don’t see it…

Any help wouild be greatly appreciated!
