3 of my users cant open the camera,
they try to click on the field, and nothing happens,

The Galaxy Note 5 released in like 2015-2016 I think. Even if you have up-to-date software, you may still encounter some bugs like this. Does it work if you quit the app and re-open it?

Yes, it doesn’t help, and I can understand that this is an old phone version, but I am looking for a solution, I cant tell my users, it does not work.
