I lovely support my app users allowing to submit one ticket + image. I haved build the text support but exist some way to get the screen capture without quit my app and get their problems, pointing the right place. Or others solution. Thanks.

Make a screencapture of my app to store in one column the errors to fix onfly or attached to one action. The image is the view of user not only a link.
Why not indicate the user to take a screenshot and then use a simple upload image?
The progress is make better than today. The users needs more easier solutions not more clicks

You could play with the Screen Capture API. That said, it is possible that users block these for privacy.
Sometimes, organizations may restrict it through policy settings.
This solution is not supported by android or iphones. Ok il will use others way to link my pages. Thanks
