My app icon doesn't show up when adding to home screen

My app’s URL: aperafdemo.glideapp.io (if not try demo.aperaf.com) Hello, I believe it is a bug since I have already done that same task for another app I have created and it worked perfectly. When I try to add my app on the home screen of my IPhone, the icon displayed is a screenshot of the app page instead of my app icon. [GIF-2020-05-13-09-46-44] Look at the gif above. How can I fix that? Thanks
