Basic components like Choice/Relation are missing

• • "Hello, I am trying to build a basic app and I need to create a dropdown list (a choice from a list of options). I have found that several core components and properties are missing from my builder.

• The Choice component is missing.
• The Relation component is missing.
• The Table Settings/Properties (to disable Row Owners) are not visible.
• The Text Entry component does not have a “List of allowed values” option.

I am on a Free plan. Is this a bug or a limitation of my account? I cannot create a basic dropdown list. I am attaching screenshots of what I see. Thank you."

Have you tried searching the Components list?

There is no such thing. There are Relation column types, but they are created in the Data Editor.

Again, no such thing.
Row Owners are applied to individual columns via the Data Editor. Note that not all column types support Row Owners, so if you don’t see the option that is most likely the reason.

“Hello again, in addition to the previous issues, I have also discovered that I am missing basic ‘Special Value’ columns. When I search for ‘Created Time’ or ‘Created By’ when creating a new column, there are no results. It seems my account is missing several fundamental features. Can you please investigate?”

You don’t set Special Values when configuring a column. Those are added via an Add form or Edit form, or you can use them with the Add Row or Set Column actions.

I’m not sure where you are getting your information, but I suggest spending some time with the Documentation and Glide University to learn how Glide works.
