Ban a user based on email address

Is it possible to ban a user from the app based on the e-mail address of the user :raised_back_of_hand:

If you are referring to public apps (not one built under an organization plan), have you tried the “Email whitelist” setting (pro apps only)?

If you don’t plan on using the whitelist option Nathanael listed above, enable the “User profiles” option, add a “Ban” column and set visibility for them not to see your content based on that column.

Tab visibility is coming, so I imagine this would be much quicker than setting it for each of your components.

Thanks but making a lot of items not visible is a lot is there another way

Here.

Also, I have renamed your topic so people who have the same need would find it.

Have a nice day.

Visibility per component would indeed be time consuming. Tab visibility seems to be on the way.

But to be clear, when using visibility, if the “banned” user changes email addresses, he will then have access to the tabs and components.

Email whitelist seems to be what you are looking for.

Example: If a user pays for access to the app, then give access to the email used when paying.

I’m looking forward to this
