Hello, can I transfer the balance from one application to another application in the same account? How long does it take to complete this?

Yes, you can downgrade at any time. Any remaining credit for the month will be pro-rated and will be placed back into your glide account as credit to use whenever you upgrade the app again or for you to use towards another app.
