Hi, Can someone help if there is any specification reg the file type and file size that we need to follow for setting up the background and logo in the Branding section of the Pro app ?
I have been trying both png and jpeg and from something as small as 1000 px to 4000px tall for the background image nothing gets picked up or reflected.
I click on Upload > Choose a file > Click OK and nothing happens after that - no loading screen or error or anything.
Happening for both logo and background.
Can i get some pointers in this regard.
