Attach Form Answers to an existing record?

Hi, new to Glide and trying to understand if there is a way to attach a user’s answers to a Form to their existing record in Glide? Every time I try and make it work, it simply adds a new record into google sheet even if the email, name matches an existing record.

Thanks for any advice.

you need a relation column relating the mail to the email in your user profile sheet

No, you can’t do that with a form. You can give the user edit rights so they can update the row (or specific fields), but a form entry will always add a new row.
