I thought it was just my app that was having issues on AT&T cellular but I tried other Glide Apps and it seems AT&T is blocking all of glides apps. There is a way to fix it but AT&T would need someone from Glide to contact them. Here is a link where other people have reached out to have sites whitelisted.
