Website Not showing up

Hi, I have had a attendance app running for a while but a few months back it stopped working. i went in redeployed and everything. checked all permissions. But it does not load.

when i goto the deployed site on glide apps. it doesnt load. shows a blank screen with sign in button at top. it doesnt show the sign in screen i enabled. nor does it load the app if i remove the sign in permissions and allow anyone to access the app.

its not a sign in issue from what i can see. but rather the app not really loading on the website. ps its not a custom doamin just glide.app page.

please help lost on this one

There was an issue with Glide’s domain name which has since been resolved. Maybe your project was affected.

It sounds like a firewall or security setting on your corporate wifi is preventing your Glide apps from loading. What is the URL or domain of the app affected? What do you mean “is not working”: not loading at all, some functionalities are not firing? Have a look at the following thread and read until the end. Incident update: We have provisioned glide.app as an alternative domain that can be used as a drop-in replacement for glide.page. If you or your customers are experiencing issues accessing apps on the glide.page domain, you may now direct them to use glide.app. The two domains can be used interchangeably, so you only have to let affected customers know of the new domain option without having to tell your whole customer base.
