All of a sudden, our app is not working on wifi, although it does work on cellular. It also works for admins. This has not always been the case. Does anyone have any advice? All browsers are up to date and all modems are company wide modems that were used when the app could be viewed on wifi.
It sounds like a firewall or security setting on your corporate wifi is preventing your Glide apps from loading.
What is the URL or domain of the app affected?
What do you mean “is not working”: not loading at all, some functionalities are not firing?
Have a look at the following thread and read until the end. The issue has since been solved, though your app might have been affected and you might need to follow a few steps to fix the issue.
Maybe it’s your device? It might work on other people’s devices. If it works for admins and you want it for everyone, go to settings, and make it so that anyone can sign in. Problem (should be) solved.
