App stopped opening on several phones

App has been working for a long time and stopped working on the same devices, i get this screen:

Hi Darren, the app is already on a custom domain

Have you tested:

  1. If it’s a wifi or data plan thing?
  2. Using a VPN if the apps load in different geographies?

The sign in screen for your app loads for me.

tried both with wifi and without but it doesn’t work. I have 15 employees using the app and about a week ago it stopped working on about half of the devices. Nothing has changed, they all used the app for a long time.

Can they access via the glide.page or glide.app url?

It works for me too. I tested connected to Germany and connected to Italy.

It works on desktop but not on some smartphones. It works on my iphone for example but not on others. Very strange!

now everything works again. Probably it was an issue due to Glide Minor incident Update (#282024)… nothing has been changed from yesterday evening until today but now they all work. Thank you all for your help!
