App reached monthly limit but pay as you go updates enabled

Existing and new users are getting a ‘app has reached monthly user limit’ message. However I have since enabled the ‘pay as you go’ option to prevent this interruption.

I thought that would be help but unfortunately not. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to upgrade to a higher plan if you need more users.

Pay-as-you-go only gives you more updates, not users.

We will allow you to pay-as-you-go for more users in the coming months. For now, you need to buy a higher plan.
