I’ve submitted a support ticket but since that may take 24 hours I thought I would ask here as well. Was working in the builder on an app. A message appeared indicating that the app couldn’t be saved, followed by another message that I think was akin to “this app needs to be closed”. Now when I click on the app in the builder I get a blank screen. Not surprisingly, attempting to duplicate the app does nothing. Any suggestions?
I would try clearing your browser cache and cookies.
Thanks Jeff. I tried that. Seems more severe than that since the app also doesn’t work at its domain….
Also, I’m really confused about the support process. You are told to use the chat in the builder but I feel like it’m just shouting into the void. I posted my issue and there was no response from the bot and no email confirming that a support request was received….Is that how it is supposed to work?
I’ve never used the support chat, so I’m not very familiar with the whole process.
I did give the support team a nudge, so hopefully they can provide some insight.

Hello all, I was working on the builder screen and it was frozen. I can see the app in my main screen but whenever I try to enter to edit the app, it crashes on the wait screen forever. This happened 6 hours ago.
