Cant Load Editor App - Loading screen persists

Description

  • Builder not loading Edit page off a particular app, tried different browsers, cleaned cache and also tested in multiple machines.
    Users seem to be not affected they can use App, only Editor is broken.

How to replicate

  • Open App in Edit mode
  • Try different Browsers same issue ( loading screen persists )

Have you tried clearing the cache of the first browser where it happens?

Hey Thinh thanks for reaching out, yeah i tried cleaning the cache on all browsers.
Right now is not possible to open app on editor, but other apps seem to work as expected.

However now Fusion 2.0 app cant open Editor, and Users are not able to use the app properly, its show offline message to them

Please submit a ticket to Glide Support. You can do this by clicking on the question mark at the bottom right corner of your Glide Dashboard.

I can’t open de Builder, thats my issue here
that prevents me from contacting Support as you suggested

I didn’t say the builder, I said the Dashboard.

Do you see this icon on the Dashboard?

If not, try unchecking this on your Account Settings (top right).
