I need help on how to setup a app, where users do not have to login using email, but can enter a username and then select a team number. They are then able to do certain task as part of that team selected.
Note: I do not want to capture any emails, just their name/nickname and team number
I think you cannot use user specific filters or profiles if you dont have any emails picking set. Now Glide when users log in into the app this email is encripted so you dont see how the real emails of the users are. Maybe this works to you
This is unlikely to work well in my opinion. If you let a public user choose a team number using a user-specific column, then it will be erased when the user force closes the app.
