App constant restarts , reloads

technically what could be the main reasons for an app restart?

Its common that this happens a lot when someone is editing the app. Which we stopped during peak hours of usage.

However, there are days when certain users face continuous app restarts, reloads … what can be the main reasons for that?

are there any measures to reduce that?

  • we already use row owners to reduce the row numbers accessed by users
  • I have realized that creating new accounts for users can help them overcome this on certain occassions

any other practices?

I think this is the reason I usually point at. Not sure what other things can cause a restart. Will get more opinion on this.
