AI Components Loading Lag / Flashing Issue

Hi everyone,

I’m using Glide AI more and more in my internal app at work, and I really love the design possibilities it opens up – it helps create a much more polished and dynamic UI.

However, I’ve noticed a consistent issue with the AI Components: when the app loads or refreshes, these components often lag, flash, or appear with a delay compared to the native components. It creates a slightly jarring experience for users, especially when switching between tabs or opening a screen with several AI components.

It’s not a dealbreaker, but it definitely affects the user experience.

Is anyone else noticing this behavior?

Any tips or workarounds to smooth out the loading or make the appearance more seamless?

I would say that the amount of resource for Glide to load a custom component might be more than native components, so it’s understandable to me.

In my honest opinion, that’s also pretty fast compared to some of my components.
