As an agency with a Glide Agency Plan. Usually we would create a team for a client and then pass them the team for billing.
In the case a client already is a Glide user with a team and a plan.
They move an app over to us to customize and fix.
What happens to the Glide Tables? are they duplicated or are they now shared between 2 teams?
We would like to build the app on the agency plan as that client prefers not all member of the agency have access to his team.
If the app moves out of your client’s team, they are no longer owner of their own app. You definitely would not set them as admins of your Agency plan, and it’s understandable they don’t want to give you access to their entire team.
However as of now, I believe rights are attributed at the team level, not at the project/application level.
The usual process, I think, and at least this is how I do it: clients add me as a member of their team, my status is member and I insist on this, we work together, and when the time comes they remove me as member.
Not that stuck, we have access to client’s team its just that it seems safer if only project leader will have that access rather than everyone working on the apps. and that we would have the option to move apps to client teams or pull them from the client and the move back without losing the connection to the glide table.
