Add a non-displayed Comment Component to Screens for build information

First - maybe this exists…

I would like a ‘Screen Comment’ component which can be added as a non-displayed item that is ALSO SEARCHABLE.

This way I can add notes and keep track of my ‘versions’ and other niceties in my screens and I don’t have to add columns to my data.

This does not exist. It’s a good idea.
